The Barns & The Grounds: You have exclusive access of our Red Barn, White Stone Barn, patio with stone fire pit, indoor/outdoor bar, restored gazebo, surrounding lawns, and 80 acres of Windridge Estate property for photography.

Restrooms: Our beautiful, spacious, ADA compliant private restrooms, located in the Red Barn, truly set us apart from other venues. The bathrooms are fully equipped with “day of” bathroom attendants who check and replenish hand towels, toilet paper and dry off the sink area every fifteen minutes.

Tables & Chairs: We provide  8ft. rectangular tables and Chiavari cross back chairs with pads for 200 guests, and use of six 5ft. round tables and six highboy cocktail rounds.

Specialty & Vintage Inventory: We are one of only a few wedding venues that offer an extensive inventory of wedding arbors, vintage sofas and chairs, carts, rustic benches, oriental rugs, an assortment of table number options, signage, and other items couples would normally need to rent or buy for their big day. We feel by including these items in our pricing, we help contain costs and eliminate some planning logistics as well. Pick and choose from our extensive inventory of vintage furniture and a treasure trove of miscellaneous props and accessories.

Floor & Seating Plans:  Manage your guest list, floor plans and seating arrangements all in one place. AllSeated keeps you organized while simplifying the wedding planning process.


Heat: Newly-Installed infrared heat in the Red Barn.

Umbrellas: We have you and your guests covered with use of our 100 clear bubble umbrellas.

Space for Outdoor Seating and Lounging: Rustic chic lounge seating and vintage furniture is placed all around the barns and fire pit, offering you multiple options to enjoy the beautiful surroundings outdoors.

Catering Prep Rooms: We have a large prep room for your caterer with separate entrances to use featuring 20 linear feet of prep surfaces, a catering sink, and refrigerator.

Vendor Recommendations: When you book your event with us, we will provide you with an extensive and detailed list of vendor recommendations, with a focus on all local quality specialists, caterers, florists, wedding planners, photographers and party rental companies to help in your planning. We also allow vendors who are not on our Red List, so long as they are licensed and insured.

On-Site Parking: Your guests will arrive at our parking area through our private lighted driveway. We provide a “day of” parking attendant for the first hour of your event and ample, uniform parking spaces set behind a tree line so guests can enjoy the views of the property, rather than parked cars.

Sound Systems: The Red Barn has a newly installed multi-zoned indoor/outdoor sound system for your personal playlist and ample power to accommodate your Band/DJ’s speaker and power system needs. Our portable PA System with microphone and a mic stand are handy for amplification in the White Stone Barn and the surrounding grounds.

Wifi: With freely accessible wifi in the Red Barn, the Farmer Cottage, and around the grounds, you and your guests stay connected.

Clean Up: We take care of all clean up in the barns and on the grounds, however this does not include vendor or personal items.
